Write an acrostic poem with a hand-cut quill pen, make your very own red carnation, and play presidential trivia. The Birthplace will also be open for tours. Find out from the birthday boy himself! In honor of his 180th birthday, President McKinley (portrayed by Mike Wilson) will discuss the lasting impact of his political career, from his time as a congressman to his days in the White House. Please drop off donations at the McKinley Memorial library or at Niles Community Services. 10th Annual McKinley Christmas Saturday, December 10, 12–4 p.m. at the McKinley Birthplace Home, National McKinley Birthplace Memorial Museum, and Niles Historical Society’s Ward-Thomas House A trolley will shuttle guests between all three locations for festive holiday entertainment, tours, and holiday cheer! Each location will be collecting boxes of cereal for Niles Community Services. Visit all three locations and donate a box of cereal to be entered into a drawing to win one of ten prize packs – each containing a $50 Eastwood Mall Complex gift card!
