Homebound Library Service

Books and other library materials can be delivered to an individual's doorstep free of charge through this cooperative service provided by the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library for its customers and those served by the Niles-McKinley Memorial Library and the Newton Falls Public Library.

Individuals who qualify:

  • Physically handicapped
  • Visually impaired
  • Permanently ill
  • Temporary shut-ins

Materials available:

  • Books/large print books
  • Popular magazines including large print Readers Digest and large print Guidepost
  • Audio books on CD/Cassette
  • Talking book machines

Patrons may request specific titles, favorite authors, or specific interests. Staff will discuss preferences with the patron in order to better meet their needs.
