Join us as Ms. Barb, LISW with Cadence Care Network and adjunct professor at YSU, shares strategies for reducing anxiety. She will explain how cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure therapy can help you overcome your fears and create a healthier headspace. Participants will also use colorful clay to make their own worry stones, which may be baked at home.
This program will run from 2 to 3 PM. Registration is required at 330-652-1704 ext. 3.
