Are you struggling with anxiety? You’re not alone. Join us as Ms. Barb, licensed independent social worker and adjunct professor at Youngstown State University, explains what anxiety is, how it affects the brain, and what can trigger it. We'll also learn about coping skills that can help us control our anxiety more effectively. Come see Ms. Barb in person at the McKinley Birthplace Home (40 S. Main St., Niles), or watch online on Zoom or Facebook Live. Space is limited. To register for the in-person event, please call (330) 652-1704, ext. 3, or email mckinley@mcklib.org. If attending in person, we respectfully request that you wear a mask.
