Join us as Ms. Barb, LISW and adjunct professor at YSU, discusses Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, and associated symptoms. She will explain what it means to have PTSD, what causes it, and whether COVID can lead to PTSD. Ms. Barb will also discuss trauma and its effects on daily life, and she will share ways to find help if you are suffering from a traumatic life experience.
